A SHARED VISION FOR JOMORO

Development that
creates opportunity.

Traditional leadership has emphasised youth employment and local development in discussions about the Petroleum Hub, alongside negotiations over land compensation.

GHANA’S ENERGY AMBITION

A strategic coast.
A national ambition.

Jomoro is the proposed home of Ghana’s Petroleum Hub: an integrated development planned to bring refining, petrochemicals, storage and marine infrastructure together on the country’s western coast.

The ambition reaches beyond energy production. It points to potential demand for engineering, logistics, utilities and a skilled local workforce as the project advances.

Project scope: PHDC · 25 August 2026. Supporting business opportunities are our assessment, subject to project delivery and procurement.

Refining & petrochemicals

Industrial processing and opportunities for specialist suppliers.

02

Storage & marine logistics
